A graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, I received my Bachelor of Arts in professional and technical writing in August 2012. I paired my professional writing focus with a creative writing minor.
Presently, I am a communications editor at the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) at Michigan State University. Previously, I was a content editor at First Page Sage, a remote SEO marketing company that produces thought leadership content. I also have previous experience as a communications manager at Travis Pointe Country Club in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and as a freelance social media writer at Great Lakes Bay Regional Lifestyle Magazine in Bay City, Michigan. While attending Saginaw Valley State University, I was a staff writer and copy editor at The Valley Vanguard, the university’s student-produced newspaper.
